Rare Vintage cast iron fluting / pleating iron machine, patented July 10, 1866. These irons were used in the 19th century to press ruffles, pleats, and fluted designs into fabric for clothing and home textiles. It features two heavy ribbed rollers operated by a wooden side handle and a top press lever.
